There’s a booming industry of options for kayaking trips in Mexico.  Most of them are in the Gulf of Mexico and around the various islands that surround the country.  The beautiful blue waters and whales of the nearby islands are sure to beat any experience you would have in the United States.  You can also enjoy the lakes and rivers present on the mainland of Mexico.  Enjoy sailing by waterfalls as you enjoy the luscious green foliage on the banks of every river and lake.
When you’re done having fun in the water and the sun, you can revel in the wonders of the miles and miles of white sandy beaches.  A lot of the best kayaking in the country comes in the water between the Baja Peninsula and the country.  You can find some good kayaking in the Gulf of Mexico and in the rivers and lakes on the mainland, but you’re going to find the best options in this thin strip of warm waters.  You’re going to have to find space in between the usual adventurers because it’s popular during the warm times of the year.
